General Terms Of Service
1.) Project:The artist promises that they will remain the sole provider for the term of the project, and will stay true to any established, agreed, or approved designs by the client. All work will remain unique, original, and free of any plagiarism or AIAll projects are for non-commercial use. Otherwise, please contact the artist via DMs, or @[email protected]. Prices will vary2.)Rules:The artist has the right to decline projects containing:Pedophilia
Coprophilia
Political subjects
and anything else considered objectionable material.3.)Payment:All payments will be sent via Paypal invoice once the sketch/ thumbnails have been approved.If the Scope of work changes during the project’s completion additional costs may occur.
Illustrator will notify the client of any price changes prior.4.) Confidentiality:
By default, all work is published on the artist's social media, but the client may notify the artist if they choose otherwise.5.) Client Approval/ Revisions:
Results, and iterations must be approved by the client prior to project finalization and submission. Any revisions done after the final result has been submitted is subject to charge, depending on the complexity, and time spent on said revision.6.) Termination
Either party may terminate this contract at any time for any reason they deem necessary with written notice. Upon cancellation of this freelance graphic design contract, the Client will be responsible for all expenses incurred prior to contract termination.Should the client choose to cancel this project after the project’s completion, the client will remain responsible for full payment of the complete project total. Furthermore, the client will have permission to accept the work and request revisions if needed.7.)AgreementBy hiring the artist, the client agrees that they have read, understood, and will comply with the terms listed in this freelance graphic design contract.
